The Building

An Adaptive Reuse Project

Privi is an adaptive reuse of a 144,00 SF former Sears Building at the Mall at Stonecrest. Stonecrest Resorts acquired the 15.1-acre parcel in October 2021. The first phase of development was a 25,000 SF SeaQuest Interactive Aquarium that opened in November 2021.

 

The second phase of development includes a 50,000 SF food hall with a gaming parlor; 9 health and wellness concepts; 18,000 SF of meeting and workspace for creatives; a 6,000 SF live music venue and event space; and an experiential retail program that will include a music and book store with a coffee shop, home goods, and an upscale men's and women's clothing and shoe store.  

Renovations are underway with a planned opening of the lower level in Summer 2022. The upper-level food hall is expected to be completed by Spring 2023.
